How it works
City crashes
Most city collisions are rear-end impacts and side swipes at low to moderate speed. From the outside, a rear-end hit often looks like a cracked bumper cover. Behind it there's usually more: a crushed energy absorber, a bent reinforcement bar, damaged parking sensors and sometimes a pushed-in trunk floor.
Side impacts at intersections bring their own problems. Doors and pillars are built to protect the cabin, and even modest damage can affect how doors close, how windows seal and whether side airbag sensors read correctly.
That's why every estimate here starts with the damaged panels off and the structure measured. You get one plan that covers everything, not a series of surprises.
Six steps, in order. Each one has a clear handoff, so the job doesn't stall and you always know where it stands.
Tell us what happened and whether it drives. We set an inspection or arrange a tow.
Damaged parts come off, everything is photographed and the estimate is written.
Insurer approval requested and parts ordered at the same time.
Measurements, straightening and panel repair or replacement.
Refinish, blend and reassemble with new clips and fasteners.
Systems scanned, sensors calibrated where needed and the car driven before pickup.
In a city this size, a car in the shop means rides to work, rental cars and rearranged schedules. We keep the repair organized so it's as painless as it can be.
Rear-end, side-impact and parking-lot repairs are the core of what we do.
Photos, estimates and supplements sent to your insurer promptly and in order.
What's damaged, what it takes to fix and what's next, without the runaround.
Vans and pickups that earn a living get the same organized process.

Garland is one of the busiest cities in Dallas County, and its roads show it. I-635 carries heavy traffic along the south side, the George Bush Turnpike runs across the north, and I-30 is just to the south. In between, Jupiter Road, Belt Line Road, Broadway Boulevard and Garland Road all carry steady commuter and delivery traffic.
That means stop-and-go congestion, sudden braking and plenty of rear-end bumps, plus side impacts at busy intersections and scrapes in crowded shopping-center lots. Spring hail rolls through most years, and summer heat bakes paint that's already chipped.
Whatever brings you in, the approach is the same: inspect it properly, plan it once and keep the job moving until it's done right.

Parking-lot damage
Not every repair is a collision. Door dings, bumper scuffs, curb rash and a scraped quarter panel from a tight parking spot are common in a busy city, and they're worth fixing before rust or cracked paint makes them worse.
Many small dents can be repaired without repainting. Scuffed bumpers can often be repaired rather than replaced. We'll look, tell you the options and whether it's worth an insurance claim or simpler to pay directly.
